Prepare to be ghosted.
You can judge a company by the things they do, and not what they say, and unfortunately they treat candidates poorly in the recruitment process.
No response after multiple interviews, even after the manager stating they will let you know by a date (they will not).
They will keep you hanging until you go away, which is the most unhealthy way to address candidates who spent their time preparing.
The funny part is that there is no correlation between how someone interviews and ultimately how the perform at their job, so they need to lessen the focus on the amount of interviews, and sharpen up their recruiting manner,
