Applied online, received a phone within hours. Right from the beginning, the recruiter was very pushy. Practically begged me to take a second phone interview with her boss at 6pm that day. After two phone interviews in one day, both recruiters were very pushy about me going on-site the next day. I was unavailable, and they seemed upset to have to schedule it two days later. Throughout the entire process, I was never made aware what an RPO was. The job I interviewed for was not at all what the job I actually took was.
