Third round case study approach discussion + some guesstimate problems + previous experience and projects
There is a additional Manager round at the end after clearing forst three rounds.

Smooth and transparent. Technical and manager rounds are mostly constitutes around how you go about a problem/situation, thinking process and execution. Overall, the entire process depends on how you go about it, just need to be confident and cognitively strong with good thinking and problem solving skills
