Poor. Took a very long time to get back to the candidate after the interview with the hiring manager. Feedback requested on the interview was given. The recruiter babbled on without giving the candidate an opportunity to speak. The recruiter was unhelpful with her feedback. The hiring manager was already pretty biased in her interview. Interrupted the candidate whilst talking. Tells her alot about the culture. Both Recruiter and Hiring Manager were a few minutes late for the interviews.

Ich habe erst mit einem Recruiter gesprochen, danach mit einem HR Director. Das Gespräch fand Remote statt, also ein Videocall. Es ging insgesamt sehr ins Fachliche hinein und di Fragen waren nicht unbedingt einfach.
