Went through an initial phone screen and then another phone interview was set up for me.
Each of the interviews lasted about half an hour and they both asked me a lot of background about what I currently do and how my experience would fit their job.

What have you done that qualifies you for this position?
It was quite a lengthy interview process. I believe in total took about two months before we concluded. Another few days to receive an offer. I believe that’s on the shorter side, as others have experienced a much longer process.

It was a 3 interview process in which I spoke with a recruiter, then with the supervisor for the second round. The third round is then with the supervisor again in which they choose the candidates they want to recruit.
