Took an aptitude test with a bunch of guys. Cleared it easily. They took almost 2 weeks for the result.
They called me for the interview. Went there. The manager interviewed me asking me about my project details and current job role. Then another lead interviewed me with basic puzzle solving and programming.
Work Culture is good in here. Pretty casual not adhering to processes for everything unlike my previous company. No dress code unlike my previous company. And its a product company which would give me more independence on the work. So I was ok with it and accepted the offer.

For fresher, Interview process is of 5 rounds, with 1st round as aptitude questions and 2nd round is of Logical and aptitude questions, 3rd and 4th round is of Logical questions and 5th round is HR round

Each team has a unique interview format catering to the teams needs and job title and it was happening for 2 days for over 2 week ends and then i was offered with a contract employment for evalutating my performance further.
