Candidate should be very good in communication skills. It involved a lot of rounds, that I stopped taking count. They wet the candidates well before selecting them. I think what is more important is your attitude. If you have a good one, you should not worry too much about the interview. Oh yeah, and the interviewers were so kind throughout the process.
