The Interview process was very organised. It consisted of 5 rounds. Firstly they shortlisted the candidates based on their profile and Resume. First Round: Written Test was conducted in the first round, which consisted of Reasoning Aptitude, Communication skills related questions and email writing based on situation Thre were 300 candidates who attended the first round. Out of that they shortlisted 120 people. Second Round: Second Round was Group Discussion in which the candidates were supposed to speak about any topic for 2 minutes. It was not like a debate but just to test the fluency and interaction. They divided 120 candidates into 3 batches. Each batch consisted of 30 people. Out of that they shortlisted 7 people per batch. After the second interview we were asked to visit Zoho Headquarters at Estancia IT Park Chennai. There were 3 technical rounds. We were asked to attend 3 technical interview with 4 different HRs. It was a bit tiring. The interview took 5.30 hrs. They treated us so well with patience and respect. Excellent communication skills, a good attitude, polite nature, good behaviour, Good technical knowledge are expected. I got my confirmation later for Zoho HR Team regarding my selection as a Technical Support Engineer. It was a great experience. Zoho is indeed an amazing workplace. Make sure that you have an updated Resume. Questions will be mostly based on your resume. Be confident with the content you put into your Resume.

Round 4: Real-Time Use Case on OSI Layers using e-mail service as example.
Round 5: Technical HR/Managerial Round: OSI Layers, Browser Sessions, basic DBMS concepts.
Round 6: HR Round: Location relocation questions, questions related to benefits, and future plans.
