A recruiter called me at home and had a conversation with me. He then called me later on that day for a pre-interview over the phone. He then requested some paperwork be filled out and returned to him which included an online assessment. He scheduled me for an in person interview with a sales manger a few days out. I had a sit down interview with the sales manager that lasted 30-45 minutes. I was given a tour of the facility and a very brief written exam. I was notified that I was hired on my way home from the interview and started training the following week.

I applied online through a job seeking website. I got a call after 2 months about the vacancy. The HR executive confirmed my availability in next 2 days and scheduled my interview after 2 days in evening. I reached on time. After waiting for about 35 minutes, I was called for interview. Interview took about 15 minutes. I was told this was the final interview.

There are usually 3 total interviews after the initial screening. You will have a manager, director and VP interview you. Very basic questions involving sales and problem solving. The questions are not difficult, but they will make you think about prior experience. Bringing in ammo that can display your sales and diagnostic skills will be helpful. Remember to ask questions along the way. They use QBS, question based selling, as their main selling approach.
