4 phase interview - hiring manager, peer in team for tech review, regional manager & global manager. HR rep also involved for an initial screening interview, but then acts as point of contact to follow up. Scheduling done via internal AI bot to let you pick your own time & date for virtual interviews (via Zoom, naturally).
