The overall process was very lengthy. In total, it was about 2 months. It took a long time between each interview. I was originally interviewing for one position, and in the final stages, they let me know that the position had gone to another person but there were two roles available. So I'm being considered for the adjacent position. I ended up receiving an offer, but they decided to offer a lower position and lower salary because I wasn't of a higher caliber. The other candidate received the original role. The other candidate had a similar experience as I had. It was a significant red flag for me, therefore I declined and went with another company.

I found the recruiter Varun Chandavarkar was extremely helpful and very on top of the process. He helped guide me through the process and was very reachable. Honestly, best recruiter I have interacted with in a very long time. Beyond interacting with him there was a hiring manager round, a peer pm round, an engineering round, and an executive stakeholder round.
