A HR called me and gave me a take-home assignment. I spent 3-4 hours to finish it. After I submitted it, they took about 10 days for review. However, they just told me "not processing my application". I was trying to get some feedback from them since I think I performed well for the assignment. However, they never replied my email.
I think they just didn't check my assignment and failed me. Because I implemented a Google api inside my code for mapping the locations, if they ran my code at least once, I can see the response in my Google api. They just never ran my code. They are very unprofessional.

I recently had an initial recruiter call with Zoox, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. After our conversation, the recruiter promised to send a take-home assignment at a specific time, but I never received it. I followed up politely, but my message was ignored.
It’s frustrating to invest time in a company that doesn’t reciprocate basic professional courtesy. Hope they improve their candidate experience in the future.

Takehome + Onsite Had to do reference check prior to offer (and insist to ask one from the current job as it is first job out of school) and after that was asked to talk to another 3 teams and got rejected. Very sketchy process.
