      Multiple (time wasting rounds), it all started in October as the had a phone screen which followed by a Skype call with the Hiring manager and then I was told to keep an eye out as I maybe one of the candidates selected for the next round (which I was- and took a month) then I was invited to multiple interviews (1 was a panel and the next was with the hiring manager and the Again with someone else- what they didn’t have faith in me?) I lost faith as they (Zscaler) took their sweet time to decide whether I am worth it / good fit or not and after investing so much I just think they are not worth my time.

I spoke to the leader of our Sales Recruiting team, and he shared these comments: "First off, we sincerely apologize for what appears to have been a frustrating interview experience at Zscaler. We are growing rapidly and take enormous pride in making sure our candidate engagement is meaningful and proves worthy of the investment of your time. Your feedback will help us get better. I think part of our challenge with the role you interviewed for stems from the fact that it is a brand new role with unique requirements, given the department was just created this fiscal year. We have never hired for this position until now; only a partial version of it. Over time, we will have a much better understanding of the key requirements for success. That said, the length of time and our indecisiveness regarding your candidacy did not help the situation much. Given our high standards here at Zscaler, I would expect us to improve quickly. Thanks for helping with that process. Your feedback is important."

      very helpful, lot of guidance throughout. Preparatory materials are handed out well in advance for you to prepare. There is a mentor who also clears doubt before the presentation rounds.
