There was initially a phone interview with an HR rep who just does a resume screening. This was then followed up by a phone interview with an engineering manager who also just did a resume screening and asked questions about my current job. They then invited me for a personal interview on campus meeting 5 different engineers within a 2 hour span, no break. The first person claimed to be an engineering manager and admitted on not having too much technical experience (red flag). This was then followed by the rest of the engineers who looked stressed out and as if they were inconvenienced to be there. Didn't really ask too many technical questions and kept constantly looking at the time. I was very disappointed as I expected a lot more out of the interview after hearing so many good things about the company. Luckily I had several offers shortly after this interview.
