The interview process was pretty calming and nice!
The first stage was a telephone interview which lasted around 20 minutes. The typical questions asked concerned what I know about bet365/ how would I react if someone acted aggressively towards me/ when have I gone out of my way to help someone - that sort of thing.
The second stage lasted around 2 hours.
At first, there is a short (15 minute) presentation that tells you more about the company, their values, what they expect from their staff and how they will reward their staff.
There was then an ice breaker where we were split into 3 groups of 3, and asked to discuss a pet hate (room 101 the game is called). - We were told that we weren't being assessed during this point, it was literally just to make people fell a little more calm as they realise the benefit of interviewing someone who is calm as opposed to someone who is extremely nervous.
There was then 2 tests, one arithmetic where you're asked to answer as many questions as possible - you will probably not answer them all because there isn't enough time unless you're math crazy. They're just basic stuff like add these 4 digits up and fractions (what is the decimal equivalent of 1/5?)
You then have to wait a few minutes in order to see whether you're allowed to progress onto the next stage.
Then, you have a 1 on 1 interview where questions are pretty basic interview questions.
I was asked to remain as calm as possible during this process because the purpose of the interview isn't to try and catch you out; it's literally just to see what you're like.
There's a few questions such as my current role/hobbies/ strengths etc.
Then there's a few scenario questions.

I have applied for this role 4 separate times in 2025. I initially got an interview for it but scheduling did not work out as it is an on site role. I recently applied again, received a notification to schedule an initial interview which I thought went very well. I was told that a short list of candidates for a follow up interview would be made within 2 days but I was not on that list. I have been rejected for roles in the past so that is not an issue. Where I take issue is that when I asked for feedback on why I was not moving forward, I was told on the day the role was to start training that it is their policy to not provide feedback “at this stage of the recruitment process” which makes no sense. I asked for feedback after I received the rejection letter. I was informed of this policy on the date the job was to start. I would not recommend working for this company.

There was two over the phone interviews. First was over a phone call with a recruiter, second was a video call with another recruiter maybe specialist. They will call and email you in case you miss the phone call and voice message. They were professional with easy going attitudes.
