I had a phone interview with one of the dev managers and from the start was told the company want people who sit at their desk 9-5 and work solidly, no talking or interacting with other staff member, no music or headphones, just solid dev.
He then went onto explain how I would be expected to be on call at all times and how he has little patience for people who want things like pay rises or lunch breaks.
The whole interview felt like an attack on my CV and personality. Being told I would be broken to nothing then retrained in the 'BET365 way'.
I thought companies who ran this micromanagement 'lead through fear' ways were a thing of the past, clearly not.

It went quite well. Mix of technical and general questions. I enjoyed the process and found it interesting to learn about them from the business side. Technical questions were on programming, design patterns, and solving a problem given by the interviewer.
