The interview process was fantastic. I applied over the summer through BP's website and I got a call from HR in late December asking about what I wanted to do at BP. Then I had a 30 minute phone call with the HR person again and then I had a video call with the hiring team where i got asked a bunch of situation questions (i.e. what would you do if....) and they had me walk through my resume and why I wanted to join the their team specifically. After that I got a call with an offer. It was a very well organized interview process and I felt it was fair. They give you about 2 weeks to either accept or reject their offer.
