Le processus était clair et fluide. Seulement deux étapes : une avec le recruteur, et une autre avec le manager opérationnel. La réponse a été rapidement. La personne du recrutement était disponible pour répondre aux questions après l'entretien. Bonne expérience dans l'ensemble

le processus se déroule en 3 étapes principale:
En premier lieu c'est un test psycho avec la responsable de recrutement et un entretien plus tard pour parler des résultats du test
Ensuite, une rencontre avec le supérieur hiérarchique
Et enfin, une rencontre avec le (futur) collaborateur direct

The interview process was smooth from beginning to the end. After the initial screening conducted by HR over the phone, I was invited for an interview with the HR BP and the manager of the team. During this phase, they focuses their questions on my experience, skills, and background, along with behavioral questions to assess my approach to problem-solving, communication, and teamwork. I, then, reieved an offer.
