2 phone interviews and then an all day panel interview with 8 different folks mostly standard questions on collaboration, leadership and communication. Be prepared to address technical and non-technical questions on process and procedures

I did 6 interviews & 4 case studies only to get rejected with a 1-line email saying it's not a good fit. In the final interview, the interviewer put me on the spot and made me do math problems, which is difficult in an interview-setting when someone's watching you. The whole process was just really uncomfortable and stressful. They gave no real feedback or reasoning for why I was rejected.
