After applying for the role, I had a first 30 min brief and superficial conversation with the recruiter. After 3 weeks without any communication, I asked for updates about the process, which took more than one week to receive any feedback. When finally, almost one month after the first interview, the recruiter emailed with a generic rejection message. When I asked for more details, they said that I was being rejected by skills that were not assessed during the interview. Overall, bad candidate experience.
