It’s very easy, it was done through Zoom online with 2 people. Ask about strengths and weakness , reason you want the job . Also asked if you can swim or willing to swim .

The recruiter were kind ,friendly and cooperative and the process was easy containing two steps group exercises,one to one interview you must be able to engage with your team and give your opinion while letting others speak as well

The interview process as great, the assessor was polite and friendly and did his best to help along the way. The assessor was always smiling and was warm and friendly. Making some of the nervousness disappear.
