I received an email from a recruiter asking a few questions regarding the working hybrid style and salary. I was also asked to submit an example showing my relevant experience to the role. After a week, I received a call from the subordinate of the recruiter, repeating the same set of questions. The next day, I got a rejection. It was a bit time-consuming for the first process I think.
