The process was simple since I was interviewed directly by the financial advisor. She interviewed me as per her work needs. Didn't have to go through multiple rounds. I was offered the position within a month, but the start date 4 months after the contract was signed, which is a long wait time. I still believe this has to do with the advisor who hired me.
