I applied online and was invited to come in for an in-person interview. The interview was very informal and easy going. I interviewed with 2 people in the promotions department. They were very friendly and made me feel comfortable. The interview questions were more of just making sure I was able to meet the job requirements (standing for long periods, interacting with guests, lifting heavy things, driving promotional vehicles, dates)

it was a pretty simple process, only one or two rounds. i was interviewed by a couple promotions directors and a promotions coordinator. definitely make sure to send thank you emails after the interview
