5 to 6 interviews and then ghosted after. Seemed unorganized and unprofessional. The VP didn’t even show up for one of the interviews. Lack of communication. Told me they wanted to hire me and then never spoke to me again.

then another zoom interview with secondary report director lasting thirty minutes. Then thirty minutes interview with both parties on the same call.

Called over the phone n schedule me an interview. Went through 2 rounds of interviews. The process was fast and the intervie went smooth. It took about less than 1 month
Everyone was very friendly. Must be well-versed in radio and not just streaming. Important to have a sales background and knowledge of RFP's. Bonus: be very familiar with the current hosts of their radio talent.
