Consisted of 3 rounds of interviews (HR- 1 hour, team members- half hour each, leadership- 1 hour) and a research talk (1 hour) to the team. All were conducted via zoom with flexible, question/answer, situational structure. Allowed candidate to ask plenty of questions and everyone was very kind. HR checks in throughout the process.
