The first step is to submit an online application by filling a form, if they're impressed with your response, you'll get an invite to submit a recording to briefly talk about yourself and how well you understand remote working. Next, you will be asked to work on some projects to test your ability to work remotely without supervision, there is usually a deadline of 48 hours to complete the project. If successful in the projects and in a timely manner. You will be accepted.
Bastante sencillo, agendan una fecha y es una llamada como de 20min para saber en que tienes experiencia y que es lo que estas buscando. Asi te guian hacia lo que quieres trabajar, tu horario, idiomas que hablas, etc.
