Unprofessional interviewer. Compared my degree with his and asked me to attend a bootcamp when I have a CS degree in Bachelors. Already felt a toxic work environment. Would not recommend.

Months after applying, I received an email that included a coding assessment and glorified IQ test. Within the next few days, I scheduled a phone screen with the recruiter. After the phone screen, there was a technical interview with two engineers. This interview was a voice-only, Zoom-type meeting. One of the engineers immediately jumped into asking a checklist of rapid-fire questions covering very basic Java/OOP concepts, which were answered correctly. The rest of the interview consisted of extremely broad questions about random technologies. There was no personality shown during the meeting and the other engineer never unmuted (even for an introduction). Several days later, I received a rejection email. The technical interview conducted was severely impersonal and felt ineffective at narrowing down qualified candidates. Throughout my experience and other reviews, it seems that nepotism took over this company.
