Nach dem ersten Vorstellungsgespräch kam ein technisches Interview. Im zweiten Gespräch war Team Lead und ein Software Entwickler anwesend. Ich hatte gesehen dass sie viele Kandidaten angeschaut haben, aber die Stelle wurden trotzdem mehrere Monate nicht besetzt. Ich hatte den Eindruck die wissen selbst nicht wen sie suchen oder haben überspitzten Anforderungen im Entwicklungsteam.
