It was a very casual group interview, we sat on the floor of the store on yoga mats. We all dressed casually in Lululemon apparel. It was fairly straightforward and casual but difficult to excel and make yourself stand out in a group interview setting.
Group interview then solo interview. They wanted to see what you’re like in a group. The group interview was with a key leader. The solo interview was with the store manager.

Easy and quick. I only interviewed with two people in one round. The interview was held in the store. Offer was sent after first interview. I declined due to hours needed over holidays.
