First step is a group interview. WEAR COMFORTABLE/ CUTE WORKOUT APPAREL. I was in a group of 8 girls and one woman wore slacks and a button up shirt and she looked very out of place. Very relaxed atmosphere, sit on yoga mats in a circle.

Give an example of someone who has recently given you criticism and how did you take it?
Amazing it was easy not hard and conducted through online platforms easy to access and have good conversation with, need to practice and search up their fabrics beforehand. Must be knowledgable about your own hobbies sports
The first interview was conducted on Zoom in a group setting, followed by a second in-person one-on-one interview. The second interview took place while walking around the mall, with casual questions asked throughout.

Remote, behavioural based questions where they were looking for STARL responses. Interviewer was friendly and questions were posted in chat for accessibility which was very helpful! There was about 4-5 questions leaving space for me to ask questions at the end as well
