Phone interview. I thought it would be more laid back but it was pretty cold and up-tight. No chit chat and I felt like they were just going through the motions - like they already had someone but they had to go through the process for whatever reason. I didn't get an offer but I don't think I would have accepted anyway. I followed up but never received a response other than an automated message. Not what I expected from a company of this size.
