Telephone interview with internal recruiter went really well. He said straight after that he would like to invite me for a second round with the head of PPC. I didn't hear anything for 2 weeks but then received an email from the same person saying: "I must apologise. I have just come across your responses which had diverted to a separate inbox. I thought it was strange that I hadn’t heard back and searched your email address. Are you still open to discussing your application with LEGO" Strangely I didn't email him and he wasn't expecting a response. After expressing interest in a second interview he asked what day that same week I can come in for an interview and I said that I will be on holiday the day after and suggested dates after my holiday. I never heard a response. What really surprised me was that every email sent to me was an attached pdf with the actual message. This I found a bit backwards. This was a very incompetent recruiter. I've never experienced anything like it.
