The interview process was relatively smooth, but one member of the panel was extremely disrespectful towards me. Throughout the interview, she felt the need to test my knowledge on the subject matter I teach. No other members of the interview team felt the need to do this, and after a certain point, they seemed uncomfortable with how hard she was pushing me. If they had such doubts, I'm not sure why I was invited for an interview in the first place.
