I was given a project to complete based on Symfony2 and Javascript. Only good candidates with extensive OOP knowledge can get through this interview process. To prepare for this skills test you should go through OOP fundamentals.

1) Interview with a HR, nice interview on Skype, during the interview the HR said that he got a good impression of me and was going to send me a case study to evaluate my programming skills. 2)After I sent the case study, I received a response (copy/paste response) after 4 days,saying that I was rejected and they can't provide details info about the rejection. Overall, positive feedback, the only recommendation from my part would be to avoid at all costs copy/paste rejections, if we take our time to be evaluated, at least take a few minutes to explain why a candidate was rejected, we are human beings, not machines and we would like to learn from our mistakes/errors.
