Very brief interview process. The interview was scheduled with walter's assistant, but ended up speaking with Walter. the whole interview was over within 5 minutes. I wasn't able to ask a single question, very rushed interview.

Interview was done over the phone and fully virtually without direct interaction with Walter Baker or anyone with a senior role. Applied online, was contacted for interview over the phone a few days later.
