Introductory round just had a warm discussion about experience so far. Technical rounds tested DS/ALGO and design skills followed by leadership round. All rounds went great only that they found out my years of experience doesn't fit for senior role and rejected me when they initially screened me for senior role. This kind of experience is unacceptable hence the review
