    At ecoprime Italia we’re in need of an Office Manager (50 % activities) and Part-Time CEO Personal Assistant (50% activities) with excellent scheduling & organizational skills and Fluent English – to be based in Milan.

    ecoprime is acompany operating in the renewable energy industry, with particular focus on EPC and operation and maintenance, asset management and investment advising services. We manage a portfolio of plants of power production from renewable sources such as photovoltaic, wind and concentrated solar power (CSP) plants, installed throughout Italy.

    ecoprime Italia Srl is a subsidiary o ecoprime GmbH, a company belonging to the multinational Ikav group headquartered in Hamburg (Germany), ecoprime Italia has its legal office in Milano and further local offices in Rome and Palermo.

    What are we looking for?

    Personal Assistant Role & Responsibilities 50% of activities

    • Schedule meetings and manage calendars
    • Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings
    • Help with daily time management
    • Run errands as requested
    • Plan travel, including flights, accommodation and ground transportation
    • Manage timesheets and expenses

    Office Manager Role & Responsibilities 50% of activities

    • Supports company operations by maintaining office systems and provide support in day by day activties.
    • Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures, controlling and approving supply requisitions
    • Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement.
    • Plan travel, including flights, accommodation and ground transportation following the Company
    • Coordinate and organize events

    Skills and Qualifications

    • Problem-solving and time management ability
    • Excellent l communication (written, verbal and presentation) and interpersonal skills
    • Self-motivated, decisive, with the ability to adapt to change
    • Previous experience in events organization
    • Fluent in English
    • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
