Great benefits and potential for growth is there if you play the 'go-for' role. Sr. Leadership is all over the open environment setting, thus enhancing visibility for those that are proactive, ambitious and loud. Management is very hands off, but results-target oriented.
Company is undergoing organizational right-sizing and re-structuring itself for a potential spin off from mother group. Too much hierarchy and central-shared functions makes it feel a bit stagnant and sloppy in checking priority to support critical process. Mentoring and coaching is almost null, you trace your own way.

There was no response to my resume via the website. Only when I sent in my resume via an employee referral a recruiter called me and did a short telephonic interview. I never heard back from them again? It would be good for them to have a feedback mechanism in place to present a more professional image for the company.
