Reset passwords all day, change addresses, review forms on dinosaur software that crashes, jerk TLs who literally just decorate and walk around all day

Get TLs who actually had a job in foundational... only ONE TL on my floor worked in Foundational. When we did Swiss Army [where the TLs had to take one hour of calls and they had a temper tantrum so no more Swiss Army] some didn't even know how to change an address. If you want to track our metrics, like Go Digital [which has to be 90%] why don't you actually have the links and software work. I can't tell you how many times I've tried to send a link to increase my Go Digital performance and it doesn't work because some jerk high up wants us to use one of their buddies third party software. I wanted a career in finance, not to be a secretary for our clients who yell at me all day about how terrible we are (which considering the recent wait times of nearly an hour, the notaries required for getting online access and changing phone numbers, and how Foundational cannot answer any financial questions without having to transfer to another department with another 10+ minute wait time, we really do suck)

Everyone involved made us feel very comfortable the whole interview process. Lasted about 2 hours. It was a group setting with individual interviews. Learned a lot about the company, not so much about the position itself. Tour of building included.
