AND don't lie when they say that they are a people first company, they very much care about their employees. The variety and quality of the client portfolio is also pretty good.
The offices across the north & in London are all modern, generally well equipped and in nice locations.
There are many opportunities to learn about various different tech stacks and try out different things. The social aspect of the job is also very good if you're into that kind of thing.
Svantaggi
As with any professional services company there are times when there is no client work. In my opinion this time is never well managed by anyone who has the unfortunate task of leading it.
Flexible working isn't really much of a thing which is a shame. Salary and benefits are ok but by no means market leading.

Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite un selezionatore. La procedura ha richiesto 1 giorno. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso AND Digital (Londra, Inghilterra (Regno Unito)) a febbraio 2016.
Colloquio
The assessment day involves a range of activities but is not overly time-consuming and verbose (unlike other assessment days I've attended). You'll be there for half a day, with the morning spent on group activities such as working together to solve a riddle. The purpose of this isn't to see if you solve the riddle, it's to see how you work and how you coordinate with your team.
You'll then have a one to one interview which tends not to be formal, but it's a chance to show who you are and what you'll bring to the team but also to learn more about the company and what sort of work you'll be doing there.
