Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite un selezionatore. La procedura ha richiesto 2 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso DefinedCrowd (Porto, Oporto (Portogallo)).
Colloquio
Contacted in social media by human resources partner of DefinedCrowd. No voice call, just email asking to do a practical test from HR partner. After this C# assessment there was three other interview sessions: first day Scrum master by video conference. Last interview was unfriendly, a very critical one, since none of the architectural alternatives I presented seemed to solve the problem, even if it was partially true. The process with all the others involved was great it was more unpleasant at the latest session and for this reason I decided to give up the offer to avoid future problems. Nobody thanked me for participating in the process after I reported my refusal.
