Lack of private healthcare and sudden changes in strategy as the product keeps growing. Engineering and Product slightly privileged, but guess it's a tech company so maybe it's normal.

Invest more in your people (e.g. more opportunities to learn life skills like the School of Life talks from last year, or anything similar) and keep the culture as the company grows.

1. tel interview , questions about your cv and some java and REST related stuff
2. 2 hour on site session
2.1 algorithm in paper ( write code) e.g calculate factorial and discuss issues
2.2 given a badly written code, try to write tests and find bugs or missing points on ready made project
2.3 interview with product managers regarding you and your team integration
