The no-manager structure can sometimes be overwhelming and challenging regarding how to do things and where your limits are; however, the team is always there to help you out.
Other than that, no other disadvantages can be mentioned.

Colloquio
The Interview was great with happy and honest people. It was 1h with HR by skype video, devskiller c# code exam 1h and 30 minutes with technical guys by skype.
