Candidatura
Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite un selezionatore. La procedura ha richiesto 2 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Nutmeg (Londra, Inghilterra (Regno Unito)) a gennaio 2017.
Colloquio
- Initial phone chat with the recruiter
- Phone chat with the head of software engineering
- Half day on-site interview:
- Chat with the head of software engineering
- White boarding exercise with two developers. Those were general questions on technical stuff plus questions to assess my knowledge of Java and frameworks such as Spring
- Chat with a Product Manager. This aims to understand how engineers address pressure to deliver and discussion with the Product Team. Also a good moment to talk about the product. This is something we rarely see in interviews and I think it is a great idea.
