I gave it a minute to think about any pros, but compared to any other companies in the area it's hard to think about anything competitive.

The people on the top are the most ignorant, hypocrite, constantly virtue signaling leaders. They are spreading the mainstream NPC agenda on full force, it's fully predictable how they will react regarding on any given event. It's a popularity contest to show how amazing human beings they are while in the same time they are totally disastrous as business leaders.
Which leads us to the second set of problem: these ignorant, virtue signaling hypocrite leaders are approving the worst kind of "managers" and "product managers" - often insecure, first time managers who are making everyone else's lives a living hell. It's impossible to move these people out of the way, they are the guardian dogs of the status quo. They are ruining the culture, the business, everything.
Then there are the workers - people who are either in debt, or miserable foreigners who feel they won the lottery ticket. They will stab you in the back and stomp at your face, eat from your flesh as piranhas the moment you show any sign of weakness. They would crucify you without a blink of an eye if that would give them a promotion.
I'm surprised this company didn't crash landed to the deepest caves of hell yet.
Consigli per i dirigenti
There is nothing I can advise to the management. You know who you are and what are you doing for job security. You are too dilettante to understand how deeply dilettante you are. Torturing people on a daily base to assert your power won't lead the company to success. And the fact that the leaders are ignoring - and of course, even appointing - these horrible managers tells a lot about the whole organization as a whole.
Run! You don't need to run too far, there are hundreds if not thousands of better options right around the office.

Applied online, received email from HR manager. Scheduled time-based online-test to be finished within some time. I completed the test, entirely working, unfortunately the online system was not the best I've tried, not easy to figure out how to give input or getting the output, I did it in my local IDE and everything was perfect.
