    Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. La procedura ha richiesto 2 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Signavio (Berlino (Germania)) a settembre 2018.

    Colloquio

    The interview process was very straightforward: a phone screen, an initial interview with two other developers/product manager, a task to do at home (a very reasonable one without API quirks or hours lost in setup!), in-person coding task (once again, a very well-chosen task that gave me a good look inside the code base as well), a lunch with the prospective future team and then a talk with the CTO for any questions.

    Nothing was unexpected or unfair at any point, and the company made efforts to accommodate to my schedule as well. Everybody was respectful and polite - it was a great process, really.
