- the product does not fit to every markets, on a sales' perspective
- sales objectives are unreachable (because nothing is adapted for new markets)
- management: not always fit to the company spirit in local markets (not human, defend their own interests and image, the opposite of the CEO)
- they recruit before being sure they need additional people
- hard to start : many concepts, many things to understand, lot of info to sort

- be careful to adapt the company culture to local markets (with the choice of the managers)
- adapt the product to the local markets to sell more

Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. La procedura ha richiesto 3 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Smartly.io (San Francisco, CA (Stati Uniti d'America)).
Colloquio
I initially interviewed with HR. Then, I interviewed for the San Francisco location, but the team members were in Helsinki and NY via video chat. In the middle of the interview, 2 members got up and left...hella rude. Granted it was late in Helsinki. That's when I knew I didn't get the position. It's not a place where I would want to work because there doesn't seem to be a work/life balance. A team member said that since the company is international, the job is 24/7. No thanks.
