    Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite un'agenzia di reclutamento personale. La procedura ha richiesto una settimana. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso The Oyster Partnership.

    Colloquio

    The interview process was extremely drawn out. - The interview process consisted of two meetings with a director and a senior member of staff. On arrival to my first interview, I was met with a warm welcoming, despite the office being quite run down, I looked past that. The interviewers were friendly and I cannot fault them. They made me feel at ease. However, I was thrown off by a couple of questions, but overlooked it and remained positive. I then met with team leaders after my first initial interview and was asked more questions about myself which I found quite odd, considering that I had just finished a 50 minute interview with another set of people. I also met the MD briefly, who was really friendly and welcoming - later to find out that this persona is a facade! I was invited back for a second interview and was interviewed by one of the same people that had previously interviewed me. They had then asked me questions, leaving the other interviewer sat there in silence. I didn't like this aspect as I felt like I was repeating myself. After this interview had finished. I then met with MORE people. Another person who had asked me questions before and the MD. The MD was extremely rude and belittling. It felt like an interrogation as he and the other interviewer were just firing questions at me that I had already been asked. I've never met someone that is so senior act this rude. I was left to feel extremely uncomfortable and was relived when I didn't get an offer.
