I really like the companies Feedback culture and that the company tries to be 100% transparent.
But as it is a small company it would recommend that also the managing directors welcome the new employees personally and not just the superior (just as a tip).

Ho presentato la mia candidatura personalmente. La procedura ha richiesto 2 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso ZenMate (Berlino (Germania)) a febbraio 2018.
Colloquio
Nach einem Telefoninterview mit HR folgte eine Runde vor Ort mit dem Geschäftsführer und Finanz-Personal. Insgesamt war ich ca. 3h vor Ort. Mir wurde das Büro gezeigt und die Gespräche waren sehr relaxed und professionell. Es war eher kein Frage-Antwort Spiel sondern wie eine Diskussion aufgebaut. Dieses Vorgehen fand ich persönlich toll und es hat zu viele Ideen angeregt. Der ganze Prozess wurde super professionell und freundlich von HR begleitet. Ein Start-Up indem nicht mehr nur Show geboten wird. Das Team ist an den Challenges gewachsen und weiß worauf es ankommt und wo sie hin wollen. Eine wirklich schöne Erfahrung dieses Unernehmen kennen zu lernen.
